Blackburn Rovers won the away game against Nottingham Forest in the Championship on Wednesday. The game finished 1-2 (0-0) after Blackburn pulled away in the second half.
The first half was goalless, but straight after half-time, Daniel Ayala made his mark as he found the net to give Blackburn Rovers the lead.
In the 69th minute, Philip Zinckernagel scored, to equalise for Nottingham Forest.
The deciding goal came right at the end of the game, when Darragh Lenihan scored a 1-2 for Blackburn Rovers. The 2-1 goal was the last one of the game.
Nottingham Forest’s Jordan Gabriel was sent off in the 90th minute.
Nottingham Forest are still winless after three games, while Blackburn Rovers have taken seven points after four games.
Next up, Nottingham face Stoke City at bet365 Stadium, while Blackburn face West Brom at home. Both games are played on Saturday.
